I think that means "A Spanish Baptism"... If not, you get the idea, right? :)
Tiffany Lopez was baptized this week! Day after Christmas. It was half in Spanish, so that was cool. She had a bunch of family from Mexico come for Christmas, so we thought it would be cool to do part of it in Spanish. Thank goodness for the Spanish Elders and Pablo! :)
Tiffany is the newest member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Myrtle Beach Ward!!! :) She was so excited to get the Holy Ghost. She skipped/ran to the front of the chapel. She was so happy. :)
Christmas was good. I had fun. We spent practically all of it at the Albrecht's. I love them! :) Most of the Elders were there, too. We played Peruvian uno and some other weird card game and the fruit game. We watched some of the Bible videos and had an awkward caroling party. Ahhh... Good times!
We found Ivor!! That was a miracle and answered prayer! He lost his phone and got sick because he was trying to be young and got a short term job doing construction work. This man is 64 years old. Hopefully, he can find something more suitable for his ailing body.
We taught a super awesome lady named Glennis. She is from South Africa. Sadly, she is moving back in the next two weeks. She talked about how she had a dream where she saw gold plates. We showed her the Book of Mormon and shared some scriptures from it. She said, "I need to read this." It was pretty great.
Welp, I hope you all have a fabulous new years week! I love y'all! :)
Peace and Blessings.

Merry Christmas
So.... I have used all my email time doing other things besides emailing this big email. Luckily, we will talk soon! Then you can know all the juicy tidbits of my life.
*TEASER*
-someone backed into our car.
-Tiffany is getting baptized the day after Christmas!!
-We went to Christmas zone conference. It wasn't as cool as last year. But we watched meet the Mormons. It was pretty good! The one about the missionary was terrible for a room full of missionaries. Pretty sure everybody was super trunky after that one.
-We rode our bikes about around on a nice, warmish day!
-We finished painting Sharelle's spare bedroom with her texturized, outdoor, playdough paint! That was fun! :)
That pretty much sums it up! Have a great Christmas!
For those of you who won't see me on Christmas... Sorry this is the lamest email in all the land.
Peace and Blessings!!

It has been a weird, fantastic, busy week!
This whole week we have been running around doing something, going from place to place. Tuesday we drove to transfers so we could switch our car. We are now the proud drivers of a 2013 Toyota Corolla! It is semi broken, though... Have to call the guy about it today.
Wednesday we went to the temple with Pat Higbee! That was great! She is the sweetest British woman I know! Now she wears "Mormon knickers" as she called them. ;) I had a great experience at the temple. I hadn't been to the temple for a session in over a year. The sweet, constant spirit that is felt at the temple was just what I needed. I felt such great peace for the work I have done and where I am at right now. I am very grateful I got to go. If you can, GO TO THE TEMPLE, KIDS! If you can't go in, go to the temple grounds. The peace that is felt there will help you to find answers to questions you didn't even know you had.
On Saturday we went to Conway and were in a Christmas parade! It was fun! Sort of weird. A bunch of Elders rode their bikes around our "float", which was just a decorated truck. Us and the Conway Sisters passed out cards to the spectators. We passed out over 4,000 cards. It was a fun, new experience! Afterwards, we did a little caroling in downtown. Then we walked back to our car at the beginning of the parade. Pretty sure we walked at least 3.5 miles with everything. And all before 2 in the afternoon! :)

Cornel was able to come to church yesterday. He works a lot and we weren't sure when he would be able to have work off again. The Lord makes things possible when we put forth the effort to follow him!
Sister McNeece, my new companion, whom I have lived with for three months already, is great. She has been super sick the past few days. Hopefully, she gets feeling better. It seems that all my companions get some type of illness. Maybe God is trying to tell me I need to be a doctor... We'll see...

And Then There Were 2
This week. Oh, wow. What a week. It was a good week, but a crazy stressful week.
Regarding transfers: There are more sisters leaving than there are coming out, so they are having to close a bunch of sister areas. The sisters that we live with, who are in the Surfside Ward, are having their area closed down. Sister Belyea and Sister Peatross are going home. So, they are just having Sister McNeece come to the Myrtle Beach Ward. AKA my ward. She will be my new companion. We will just move her across the hall. Our apartment is going to be HUGE with just us two. We will probably be weeping as our companions leave us... Transfers can be a sad time in the life of a missionary.
We drove around with a bunch of crazy people in the car this week, too. God sure looks out for the missionaries! There were many times I thought we were going to get in a wreck and die... Yep... Probably won't get rides from them anymore...
In other news... CORNEL GOT BAPTIZED!! It's a pretty big deal, y'all. This isn't Utah where everybody and their dog gets baptized by the proper authority. It was great. It was sort of crazy leading up to it. Everybody was late and we weren't sure if it was going to happen. But it all worked out. And the Spirit was there. It just went great! His girlfriend (who lives in New York and introduced him to the Gospel) came down to be at his baptism. He almost missed church on Sunday for his confirmation. His moped wouldn't start. Luckily, we have the greatest senior couple in our ward, so Elder Albrecht went and got him. Take that Satan! So, the newest member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Myrtle Beach ward is Cornel Radcliffe! :)
Chief came to the Christmas party and surprised us. He is telling all his Mormon friends he is joining the church. I am excited to continue teaching him.
It's so neat to be going crazy because you have no idea what is going on/ everything seems to be falling apart, but then Heavenly Father just puts it all together so perfectly. I think it is so cool to see how he works with and through imperfect people. I know that when we do the best we can, though our efforts are imperfect, God will make whatever needs to happen, happen.
I love y'all! Christmas is coming soon! If you haven't watched the new Christmas video, watch it now. It's short and it's all about the first gift- Jesus Christ. It can be found on christmas.mormon.org. Check it out, and share it with your friends and family.
Peace and Blessings! :)

Hey! Hey! Hey! It's fat Albert!
Oh...
Just kidding. I just thought the title would be funny because it was
Thanksgiving this last week... It's kind of funny, right? :)
Anyway, how is it December already? That's crazy to me. I feel like July just started.
We had a busy week here in Myrtle Beach. Let's be honest though, every week is
busy... I'll just tell you some highlights.
A) Thanksgiving! We had two dinners, back to back. One at 230 and another at 430. I was so full. We had fun though. One was with the Condreys- a family in our ward. The other was with the Albrechts- AKA the greatest senior missionaries in all the land. It was a successful day.

How do you save miles when it's the
end of the month?
Well, we borrow the surfside sisters
bikes and ride them
6 miles to our service project in the
cold.
Luckily we got to wear pants. :)

We crochet in our car during our dinner hour.

B)
Cornel is getting baptized this Saturday! He is getting interviewed tomorrow,
but he should pass with flying colors. So, that is exciting.
C)
We went over to see the Williamsons- an older less active couple. He was
sleeping and she was slaving away on her stuffing, so we helped her with that.
Now they really like us and both came to church on Sunday. Usually, only he
will come when he is feeling well enough. It was so good to see her there!
It's
the keystone, y'all.

D)
We started teaching another cool guy. He is from Samoa. He
has a bunch of family that are members, and he notices that they all are
so much happier. When we shared Joseph Smith's first vision he said
he feels like this is where he needs to be. We all felt the power of the
Holy Ghost testify to him the truthfulness of the message. It was great! He came
to church, too.
E)
Sister Peatross and Sister Belyea got sick, so Sister McNeece and I went out to
work together while they stayed home being sick. Good times!
This
is Sister Peatross's last week of being a missionary, so we are going to work
super hard and find new people to teach. Also, we are going to party on pdays.
Today we are going to the wax museum. We are getting discounts from a less
active member that works there. I'm excited for that!
Pretty
much it's just been a good week, and I love Myrtle Beach. Of course there
is always room for improvement, but I really like it.
Sister
McNeece's birthday...

Have
a great week, y'all! Love ya!
